- I've always been a fan of the Big Ten. Growing up in Illinois, I watched Big Ten games religiously with my Dad, a Purdue alumnus. I'm now a junior at the University of Iowa, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communication and English. I'm also in my first year as a sports reporter for the school newspaper, The Daily Iowan, covering intramurals and the women's swimming and diving team. That cake looks delicious! The blog is looking really sweet Mitch. I think that the five bowl games in your poll are all going to be good games. It will be a good test for the B10 conference against SEC, ACC and Pac-10 teams that rely on speed. Do you think the B10 can and will make a big statement this winter?? Looking forward to your Iowa-GaTech coverage when the game gets closer.
ReplyDeleteIt's going to be another very interesting bowl season for the Big Ten, Robbie. I'm still not sure how I feel about whether they will be successful or not. There's going to be a lot of games that can go both ways. When I voted on my poll I said I thought 3-5 wins for the Big Ten. I'm thinking it will probably be three or four wins.
